Merito* is a new strategic marketing consultancy. We started in October 2020. 

We want to build a company with non-like minded people, those from different backgrounds and with different outlooks. But we do want one thing in common: commitment to each other and our clients. And the clients are already coming.

We want to start our company with diversity and inclusion already at the heart of our culture. We want to have a company including people from different backgrounds and those that give different perspectives based on their life or work history so far. We want to create collective intelligence and that is only possible with a diverse group of people, so we can spot opportunities and challenges for ourselves and our clients. This means multiple pairs of eyes looking out at the world through different lenses. 

We need and want people to join us. People who don’t necessarily think the same way that we do. Our clients benefit from the collective intelligence (there it is again) of our experience of working across sectors, whilst still applying solid and trusted marketing principles, given a very modern application. 

And lastly, Merito’s HQ started on a boat moored in East London. We still meet there for client meetings and team workshops and whenever we need a different kind of space to work together.
