The thinking, planning and doing
Before we move on to what others think of as the fun stuff, we take a really close look at what our clients have been doing so far as well as what their competitors have been doing. What are the analytics showing on the website? What is their engagement like on social? Are either of these things reaching their target market? And are they converting into leads or clients or new talent? Where do our clients position themselves in their market? What else can they do to stand out or differentiate themselves?
This is when we start to think about how we are going to reach the people you need us to. We will devise creative campaigns for you, look at potential strategic partnerships, look at the channels we might use and think about the themes we want to show for you. What do you want to be seen as saying and to who? All of this feeds into the strategic plan which is our blueprint as we move on to the third phase.
And now we get on with it!
By this time we will have prepared the plan to implement but like all plans, some things need to be improved as we go so we work in 3-month sprints to review, amend and improve each time.
